As humans, we often assume that the substances we create are harmless to the animals we share our planet with. Cancer and how “STRESS” Plays a major Role!

Just how does stress affect our health and more to the point how does it play a role for dogs with cancer? I speak a lot about this but I’ve never truly broken it down for anyone. These rules would apply for cancer and non cancer bodies, humans, felines and canines alike… stress is stress. In my opinion it’s just good healthy practice for any household or life.

It’s never “Just a dog”, It’s never “Just a cat”… It’s ok to not.. be.. ok…

It’s never “just a dog” It’s never “just a cat”…

How many times have you suffered a heart wrenching loss of a beloved pet… it almost sounds so crude to even call our “heart” dogs and cats something so dissmissive as the word “pet” … but for many of us they are our companions in life. For many of us they are our only family members…

SPIRULINA VS CHLORELLA VS MORINGA

Like many when I first started this journey, I wholeheartedly jumped down the supplement rabbit hole… Lock stock and barrel with a picnic basket packed with snacks for later! The only difference between what I did and what I see others do, mine were in their most basic dried herb form. And MERCY, did I have a collection of them! If you’ve worked with me you know, my practices have changed. Too often I see a dogs bowl that I affectionately call the “powder bowl” I don’t want us “powdering there shit” out of them, which is why I try to offer more tinctures than powders when I can.

I saw this suggestion a few weeks ago in a non holistic canine group and the woman was bashed over the fact that she suggested spirulina because the uneducated side only knew it as “the green blue algae that can kill an animal”. I came across a few pieces that linked the three in comparison and thought this would be a great topic for you guys. As always no I don’t want us to be on something long term. I want us to be able to take a break. I want us to be able to use something and then put it away. With that being said I’ve used some of these with y’all while detoxing from chemo and I’ve used some of these for a huge detox and immune support when we’ve been nutrient deficient.

Microgreens Ashwaganda Marshmallow Root Noni Fruit & Nettles OH MY!

Microgreens, Ashwagunda, Marshmallow Root, Noni Fruit & Nettles OH MY! It’s definitely a mouthful when you think about it. Each one of these have their own specific entity within the nutrient society. Full of Phytonutrients, carotenoids, antioxidants and its own personal little medicinal place in the universe. They’ve been depicted on crude wall drawings as far back as 13,000 B.C. and yet still today have found there rightful place in present day society for those that want to use them.

Bone Broth has been touted for years as the “cure all”, But is it really? No, It’s not going to cure cancer but it does happen to be one of my absolute favorite things to support the body with.
